14 kittens found in box by mom and child given refuge in family home after shelters full, giving family tough task of finding furever homes and fostering until every last cat gets a family of their own: ‘I’m glad all the kitties are in a safe home.’

When the Cat Distribution System chooses a foster pawrent it does not skimp on the quantity of cats to foster. Least that seems to be the case according to this tremendously cute tale where 14 kittens were given sanctuary and safety under the caring wing of the hooman who would find them their furever homes.

It seems that no matter how much awareness is raised about the issue people will never stop finding cardboard boxes strewn by the side of the road containing kittens and cats. As confirmed by tiktok user @ashleyamandafloresss who filmed and posted the video from which this story comes. On an average car ride on an average day with her child she came upon a box containing 14 kittens. A quantity that is colossal even when related to healthy sized litters that cats are known for.

Of course no shelter had space and resources to care for that many kittens in one go and our rescuer ended up having to foster and care for the hoard of kittens day and night until she managed to find each and everyone of them a suitable home. It is a story of dedication and responsibility like no other in the feline world. Very few could have stood up to this challenge and succeeded but this one woman was chosen very wisely by the Cat Distribution System, and as always, they were right to choose her. And so another batch of beautiful felines find their furever homes where they shall know not of the cruelty of the outside world. Where their greatest gripe will be about not getting enough food.

Well, it is not a huge surprise to hear that no shelter had space to accommodate 14 kittens. One kitten alone is a heck of a lot of work but to have a dozen plus two is simply unreal. Heck, we are even relatively surprised that this hooman with a child of her own is willing to step up and take responsibility for the fragile lives of so many tiny felines. Thank goodness she did otherwise who knows what fate lay ahead for these kittens.

Goodness, what a rollercoaster ride this must have been. Kittens need to be fed every few hours around the clock so you can imagine what kind of a schedule this hooman was keeping for the time these kittens were with them. And to still have the energy and drive to go forth and find them homes, well that is just next level dedication to feline kind.
